Bring your passport. You cross the US-Canada border by land. Check visa or eTA rules for Canada, and US entry rules for the airport arrival, before you fly.
By car (rental or drive)
- Take I-190 North from the airport area toward Niagara Falls, New York.
- Follow signs for the Rainbow Bridge, the closest crossing to the Fallsview district, and cross into Niagara Falls, Ontario.
- After Canadian customs, follow signs to the Falls and Fallsview Boulevard. The hotel is at 6740 Fallsview Blvd.
Check with your rental company that the car may be taken into Canada. The Peace Bridge into Fort Erie is another crossing, but it is farther from the hotel. Use a GPS app for live traffic and border wait times.
By shuttle or taxi
- Cross-border airport shuttles run between Buffalo airport and Niagara Falls, Ontario hotels. Check the operator's current schedule and book ahead.
- Taxis can make the trip, but confirm the cross-border fare in advance. Rideshare may be restricted across the border, so confirm before relying on it.
