- Leave the airport toward Highway 427 South, then join the QEW toward Niagara / Fort Erie.

By shuttle, taxi or rideshare
- Scheduled airport shuttles run between Pearson and Niagara Falls hotels. Check the operator's current schedule and book ahead.
- Taxis and rideshare are available at the airport, but the fare for this distance is high. Splitting between several people helps.
By public transit
- Take the UP Express train from Pearson to Union Station in downtown Toronto.
- From Union Station, take a GO Transit train or bus to Niagara Falls. Check the current schedule, since train service varies by day and season.
- In Niagara Falls, WEGO buses and taxis connect the station to the Fallsview district.
